Summary

	Challep was the male governor of Agamar in 33 BBY. During this year, he sought to bolster Agamar's planetary defences, in particular the starfighter contingencies. He wanted the technology of Naboo's N-1 starfighters and N-X Police Cruisers and secretly contacted Dren Melne who spent years being a mercenary pilot before returning to Naboo. Melne ensured him that even if he acquired the materials, they weren't enough to reach the Naboo's technology, unless it was replicated from working prototypes. After, at least, three attempts to purchase the fighters that were all denied by Naboo Advisory Council, he sought to steal them instead, and employed Melne for the job.
