The Pyke Syndicate Stronghold was a former temple that became the Pyke Syndicate's main base of operations in Mirogana, the capital city of the moon Toshara.By 3 ABY, the Pyke had claimed the temple and its surrounding buildings manage its operations in the sector. The syndicate extended their claim of the city to include the surrounding district which allowed them to conduct their operations away from the eyes of the Galactic Empire and its rivals on the moon.The office of Gorak Palas, the leader of the syndicate on Toshara, was located in the central tower of the fortress, and the entrance to the tower was constantly guarded and protected by an energy barrier.
