Roksur was a male human who lived during the Cold War. He was known for using several cybernetic implants.
Shortly before the end of the war, he was hired by Skavak to retrieve an astrogation charts from Zone Zero in Transport Station 5 on Taris.
Roksur hired a group of Death's Claw pirates to assist him and his two comrades, and his men made it to the vault with great effort while fighting the relentless hordes of rakghouls. They finally reached the inner doors of the vault and got stuck trying to open them. There they were caught up by Voidhound and Corso Riggs, who were looking for the vault themselves. After a short holocall with Skavak, Roksur was ordered to attack, but he and his mercs were all killed in the ensuing shoot-out.
