ND-5 was marked for decomission following a failed operation during the Clone Wars The Clone Wars Event The Clone Wars , but ended up on the black market instead. Shortly after the end of the Clone Wars he came into possession of Vrax and, although he was initially forced to work for Jaylen due to an intrusive restraining bolt, he later came to the realization that he was merely a tool to be used.
