The standard for an army trooper was the Republic RS5 uniform
RS5 uniform with a dark blue shirt, white trousers and blue high boots. The main headgear was a light GE23 helmet
GE23 helmet, which could be supplemented with a polarized visor. The officers and commanders usually wore Republic RO2 uniform
RO2 uniform with the same color scheme.
While many members of the Mantellian army courageously performed their duty, there were many cases where some of them overdid their work, sometimes treating ordinary citizens and refugees as separatists

without proper evidence and with unjustified cruelty, while some soldiers and even officers prioritized personal gain over duty. The soldiers were involved in a cases of robbery, theft and torture more often than the Command would like to admit. Many citizens believed that there was nothing but corruption on Ord Mantell
