You want the Republic to stay on the planet, the reconstruction needs to move forward. Right now it's not. The generators are outside the safe zone. Area's crawling with rakghouls and prowlers. Until someone regulates the power, my team can't do a thing. I'm sure you've got your own problems - but if you can lend a hand, don't be shy.

Team Gamma were tasked with locating three power generators and setting them to emergency mode, but were unable to complete their task - all the generators were outside the safe zone, and the area was infested with rakghouls

Their failure left Team Alpha unable to repair the systems and turn them back on - every time their members tried to start the systems, power fluctuations undid their efforts, because some of the power systems were still operational.

The operative went to the ruins of the Vulkar Highway, which were under the control of hostile scavengers

who attacked the operatives. The operatives fought back and defeated many of the scavengers before eventually finding three active power generators - K-13, Z-953 and S-83 - and putting them into emergency mode.
The operatives returned to Camp Lytle and reported to Engineer Ferron, who thanked them and confirmed that his team was able to access the systems, which began to function properly.
